  1. Just watched “No Man Shall Protect Us” and loved it. Very happy that you give voice to my great-aunt, Gert Harding. Ever since I published her biography (With All Her Might; the Life of Gertrude Harding, Militant Suffragette), I’ve been trying to get the exciting story of Gert and her militant friends to a wider audience. Very glad that you’ve produced such a thorough and engaging video. Well done.

I hope that in another 18 months, a musical about Gert Harding will be making its debut in Canada.

  2. We’re so glad that you enjoyed it! If you’d care to write a review of the documentary, we’ll be happy to post it here and via our “Suffrajitsu” social media.

Please let us know as and when the musical production takes shape. There’s a widely-scattered but enthusiastic community of suffragette bodyguard enthusiasts who are keen to support these projects.
